We are a reputable Citadel HMC company based in the UAE, committed to delivering professional and high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and staff efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the team (filing, data entry, correspondence).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
