About the Role

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our company and also support administration role. This role plays a key part in front office operations, coordination, and lead management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth workflow and operations
  • Maintain and update lead records accurately
  • Provide administrative and control support to management and operations teams
  • Ensure the reception and front office areas are organized and presentable at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in the real estate industry
  • Previous experience in receptionist, front office, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
