Role Summary

The Receptionist plays a vital role for managing front desk, Customer support, Hospitality, Admin assistant , Supporting sales/delviery staffs in the warehouse As the welcoming face in warehouse, you will be the key point in assisting the cleints/customers /Guests, ensuring exceptional service from first contact through adressing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as a first point of contact in managing the visitor sigining and maintain proper records at warehouse.
  • Welcome guests, make them comfortable & valued, from the moment they arrive and leave the workspace.
  • Receive incoming calls ,address their concerns and direct to concern department.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean with organized welcome area and recpetion desk.
  • Support the warehouse staff needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with head office for the office supplies / warehouse requirements.
  • Manage the documentation from the sales/ Delivery team as required and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Responsible of administration assistant to run smoother warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferably in same job role will be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of team.
