Overview:
We are seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle visitor logs, access control, and meeting room coordination
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area at all times
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and document handling
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Office Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Support basic HR coordination (attendance tracking, document filing, onboarding support)
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documentation
Records & Documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support document control and record management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant in the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE office culture and professional standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks independently
- Knowledge of basic HR and office procedures is an advantage
