Full job description

RECEPTION:

  • Welcomes visitors, answers or refers inquiries, forwarding calls etc.
  • Directs visitors.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mails/deliveries.
  • Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Performs other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries of incoming parcels, documents etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results needed.

ADMIN:

  • Keep record of ALL exit and entry documents & all import and export documents.
  • Responsible for all employees visa/medical renewals and cancellations.
  • Responsible for maintaining employee records.
  • Daily attendance monitoring of staff.
  • Ensure all passports, visas, medical, and labor permits are up to date, and arrange timely renewals.
  • Responsible for preparing Invoice, Packing List, and other documents for Local & Export shipments.
  • Makes sure filing system is up to date and organized.
  • Assisting in HR related processes such as organizing resumes, job applications & scheduling job interviews.
  • Prepare leave for employees, ticket booking, and all other related travel documents.
  • Order all office stationery and cleaning materials needed for whole building Monitoring and filing all government certificates, product registration, labels, customer contracts, and approvals from government.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by CEO or HR Department.
