Job Description

  • Checks daily arrival list before starting the shift
  • Welcomes customers to the hotel
  • Arranges for special services requested by the customer
  • Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys
  • Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, guest’s preferences
  • Handles incoming guest room reservations

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment
  • Problem solver
  • Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
