Receptionist

We are a leading aesthetic medical center in Al Ain, dedicated to providing advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments. We are seeking a motivated and professional Patient Coordinator & Receptionist who can manage patient communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks either onsite in Al Ain or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Manage front desk reception duties (for onsite role).
  • Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
  • Support marketing activities by assisting with patient follow-ups and feedback collection.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, patient coordinator, or customer service representative (healthcare or aesthetics preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling software, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities effectively.
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude (for onsite role).
