Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
  • Customer service orientation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service is an advantage
