Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage court reservations, class bookings, and event registrations using the club’s booking system.
- Handle membership inquiries, renewals, and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lounge.
- Coordinate with coaches, baristas, and management for daily schedules and updates.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist in promoting club activities, memberships, and special offers.
- Support the team in event days and tournaments when required.
- Prepare daily reports (attendance, payments, customer feedback, etc.).
- Ensure all club policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Representative, preferably in a sports club, gym, or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, POS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club schedule.
