Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities, including handling inquiries and providing information
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage the company’s meeting room bookings
- Maintain office security and ensure visitor sign-in procedures are followed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Knowledge of Arabic and English is preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Prior experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is advantageous
