Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage appointments, handle client inquiries, and assist the veterinary team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with pets and owners.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic computer and scheduling system skills.
