Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our office. If you have excellent communication skills and a warm personality, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience is a plus
