Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes when required.
  • Provide basic information and assistance to clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Must have proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Must be available in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.
