Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and patient registration.
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance matters.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for claim approvals and ensure timely reimbursement of amounts.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately using EMR software.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and patient satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare/clinic setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance processing and reimbursement procedures.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and MS Excel.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, patient-focused attitude, and ability to multitask.
