This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients regarding company services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.

✅ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
