Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding company services.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and workflow.
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
