Clinica Sabah Group is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in medical clinics. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and organize doctors’ timetables using the clinic’s booking system.
- Coordinate between patients and medical staff.
- Manage patient files and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Handle emails and daily correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in reception, preferably in clinics or medical institutions.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills with patients and visitors.
- Ability to stay organized, work effectively within a team, and handle pressure.
