Full job description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional front-desk service while supporting the daily operations of our real estate office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, guests, and agents in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and management staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with preparation of property listings, open house flyers, and marketing materials.
  • Support the administrative team with data entry, document preparation, and file management
  • Coordinate with agents and clients for property showings and closings.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative, preferably in a real estate office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
