Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and facility services.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and manage mail handling.
- Provide administrative support and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (business center experience preferred).
- Own visa
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
