Full job description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As our receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
