Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing essential support in administration and HR functions. She should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logs
Administrative Support:
- Assist with preparing documents, letters, and reports
- Support daily office operations and coordination
HR Assistance:
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Support HR in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment tasks
- Update HR databases and personnel files
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (HR experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
