Receptionist

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing essential support in administration and HR functions. She should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logs

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with preparing documents, letters, and reports
  • Support daily office operations and coordination

HR Assistance:

  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Support HR in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment tasks
  • Update HR databases and personnel files
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (HR experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Multitasking and problem-solving skills
