Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Answer and transfer calls; handle inquiries
  • Manage emails, documents, and courier handling
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Support HR/Administration with basic tasks
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Presentable and professional communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ready to join immediately
