Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and transfer calls; handle inquiries
- Manage emails, documents, and courier handling
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Support HR/Administration with basic tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ready to join immediately
