Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Provide information to clients and visitors about the company
- Support other departments with administrative duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Work Environment:
Office-based, front desk role with regular interaction with clients, staff, and visitors.
