Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to visitors and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Handle inquiries in Arabic and English
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Support administrative and HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and well-organized
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
