We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and assist walk-in clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain front desk operations and meeting room schedules
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and document coordination
- Support the sales and leasing team as required
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Well-organized, punctual, and presentable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Immediate joiners are preferred
