Brief Description of Work
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
- Manage and route incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain visitor records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support in setting up client meetings.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and general front office administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with client information.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy.
- Coordinate with office assistants and facilities teams to ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Support internal events, client meetings, and daily operations as required.
Expected System Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with CRM or client database systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of email and calendar management tools.
- Basic understanding of visitor management and access control systems.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Experience in financial services, real estate, or corporate sectors preferred.
- Experience handling high-net-worth clients is an added advantage.
Qualification & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Strong customer service orientation with a polite and welcoming attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
