The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact at the Sheikh Zayed Road branch. The role requires pleasing personality, professional appearance, and strong communication skills to create a welcoming and positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees. The Receptionist will also provide general administrative and front-desk support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries accurately.
- Register visitors and inform concerned staff of guest arrivals.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and office deliveries.
- Provide basic administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pleasing personality with a professional attitude and presentable appearance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
