Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients. This role involves handling inquiries, supporting documentation processes, managing phone/WhatsApp communication, and maintaining smooth reception operations. A friendly and professional approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the reception
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Collect required documents and coordinate with processing teams
  • Maintain client records and basic data entry
  • Guide customers about services such as DED, visa, and government transactions
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and filing documents
  • Ensure reception area is organized and presentable
  • Coordinate with management for daily client flow and tasks
  • Support basic administrative duties when required

Qualifications:

  • Female candidates only
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken is a must)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist/admin (UAE preferred)
  • Experience in typing/business setup/government services is a plus
  • Basic computer skills – MS Office, email, printing/scanning
  • Professional appearance, confident, and customer-friendly
  • Ability to multitask and handle client inquiries politely
  • Immediate joiners preferred
