Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and office supplies inventory

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
  • Own visa is an advantage
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
