Receptionist

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service role.
  • Friendly and compassionate disposition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English. Other languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer skills- MS Office
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility with a can do attitude and the ability to think quickly and adapt to ever changing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area.
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
  • Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
