Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service role.
- Friendly and compassionate disposition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English. Other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills- MS Office
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility with a can do attitude and the ability to think quickly and adapt to ever changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area.
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
- Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
- Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
