Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, support daily administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Handle client check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage emails, messages, and basic correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client flow and service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service role preferred
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Fluency in English
