Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support the clinical and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate with therapists and assist in maintaining the daily schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Workspace preferred)
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to handle children and families with care
  • Experience in a clinic, therapy center, or healthcare setting is a plus
