We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access/gate passes.
- Assist with document filing, printing, and basic data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Home-country experience as a receptionist or in a customer-service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Candidates having own visa will be preferred
- Language: English & Hindi
