Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our hotel. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, handle front-desk operations efficiently, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in Arabic and English
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred)
- Professional appearance and friendly communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS, or similar is an advantage)
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
