Receptionist

Job Description


We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our hotel. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, handle front-desk operations efficiently, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
  • Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries in Arabic and English
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles (preferred)
  • Professional appearance and friendly communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS, or similar is an advantage)
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
