Position Overview
JH Group is looking for a confident and dynamic Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail efficiently
- Assist with tele-sales activities and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support office documentation
- Provide administrative support across departments as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in reception/front desk management
- Strong skills in call handling, mail management, and tele-sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (preferred)
