Receptionist

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing front-desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk efficiently while greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about services and appointments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier packages.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for client follow-ups and appointment updates.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for reception-related needs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front-office executive is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
