We are currently seeking a Secretary with experience to be based on our Client’s office in Ras Al Khaimah
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
- Uphold brand, grooming, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in front office or guest services preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- PMS knowledge and fluent in English.
- Professional appearance and flexible with shifts.
