Full job description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This position supports administrative tasks and ensures a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and manage phone calls, inquiries, and messages
  • Manage front desk daily operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and document filing
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, and preparing documents
  • Support marketing or events department when needed (customer registration, hosting, etc.)
  • Maintain visitor log and ensure company security protocols
  • Provide customer service for walk-in property inquiries and collect leads into CRM/database

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support (1–2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, phone systems)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Customer-focused mindset
