The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The role requires a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This position supports administrative tasks and ensures a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and manage phone calls, inquiries, and messages
- Manage front desk daily operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and document filing
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, and preparing documents
- Support marketing or events department when needed (customer registration, hosting, etc.)
- Maintain visitor log and ensure company security protocols
- Provide customer service for walk-in property inquiries and collect leads into CRM/database

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support (1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, phone systems)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset
