Join the Ali & Sons Group as a Showroom Receptionist, where you’ll be the face of our brand—greeting visitors, managing communications, and providing essential support to our showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, providing directions, answering queries, and distributing information or forms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, operate copying/duplicating machines, and support basic clerical tasks.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for correspondence, applications, and general documentation.
- Keep the reception area clean, inviting, and professional—manage seating, magazines, and plants.
- Manage the showroom switchboard: answer calls, transfer inquiries, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Perform light typing tasks including letters, reports, forms, and records.
- Support with travel and meeting arrangements for visitors or staff as instructed.
- Serve as backup for other clerical staff and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Report any concerns or issues to the Showroom Supervisor.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Role Purpose:
To create a seamless front-desk experience for all showroom visitors while supporting internal communication and administrative efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role—preferably in a customer-facing setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
