About Us
Our Catering Company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Receiving & Warehouse Officer with previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and food & beverage supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume operations, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate stock control for smooth kitchen and catering operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control (hospitality/catering/F&B industry experience preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety handling procedures

Skills

• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, and issuing procedures for food and catering supplies
• Proficiency in using warehouse software and inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the kitchen team
• Physical ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock items in the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs timely
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and daily stock movements
• Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal audits
