About Us
Our Catering Company in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Receiving & Warehouse Officer with previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and food & beverage supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-volume operations, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and accurate stock control for smooth kitchen and catering operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, receiving, or inventory control (hospitality/catering/F&B industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety handling procedures
Skills
- Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, and issuing procedures for food and catering supplies
- Proficiency in using warehouse software and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and the kitchen team
- Physical ability to handle stock movement and warehouse tasks
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock items in the warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs timely
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and daily stock movements
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal audits
