Inventory & Stock Control

  • Coordinate with the storekeeper and procurement team to ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of goods.
  • Support inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Follow procedures for handling perishable items, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Documentation & System Management

  • Maintain complete and organized receiving documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Enter receiving data into inventory or procurement systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all paperwork is forwarded to Finance for reconciliation and payment processing.

  • Work closely with Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other operational teams to ensure timely distribution of received items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on delivery schedules, product specifications, and returns.
  • Support the smooth flow of materials essential to the guest experience and daily operations.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all receiving practices comply with company policies, health & safety guidelines, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the receiving area and storage facilities.
  • Uphold standards that align with the property’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Join us behind the scenes as we bring our new Hatta retreat to life — where every delivery supports an experience built on nature, adventure, and warm hospitality.
