Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding of new agents to grow your team.
• Oversee client inquiries and guide your team in closing successful transactions.
• Monitor team performance, implement strategies, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects and market developments.
• Work closely with marketing and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver premium customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai experience preferred).
• Proven ability to recruit and expand a team of agents.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Results-oriented with a focus on productivity and growth.
