We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dubai real estate and a proven record of managing, motivating, and refining high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate agents to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage daily sales operations, pipelines, and performance tracking with precision and clarity.
- Strategize and execute market expansion initiatives and revenue growth plans.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations for the team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and uphold SCHAZDA standards in all client dealings.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, content strategies, and lead-generation initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support sales conversions.
- Provide ongoing feedback to marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant, effective, and market-driven.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate (brokerage experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, market trends, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns and sales initiatives.
