Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager in Dubai
• Must have an existing team of at least 4 agents
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Must be available to join immediately
