Global Gate Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate brokerage company in Ajman, is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our expanding sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for selling and leasing properties.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close deals successfully.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Stay updated with Ajman & UAE real estate market trends.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company standards and RERA regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Ajman experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Ajman & UAE property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
