Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious and professional Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting buyers, sellers, and renters with property transactions, building a client base, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the real estate process.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property listings.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role (preferred, but freshers with strong drive are welcome).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
