Masterpiece seeking a high-performing, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an elite clientele and high-value real estate portfolios in one of the most prestigious markets in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales transactions from initial contact to successful closing.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, market trends, and property comparisons.
- Conduct viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with operations teams to align strategies and materials.
- Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and international roadshows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi.
- Valid Real Estate Broker License issued in the UAE (Abu Dhabi).
- Proven track record in closing high-value property transactions.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
