Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand your client base, driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed on trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist clients with property listings, organize property viewings, and negotiate deals.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly report on sales performance.
  • Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not required.
  • Open to freshers with strong motivation to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Multilingual candidates (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

  • Salary + Attractive Commission
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Visa: Details to be discussed during the interview (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
