We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-based role ideal for professionals who are confident in sales, client handling, and closing property deals in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on buyer, seller, and tenant leads
• Market and promote properties through portals, social media, and networking
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
• Update CRM with accurate client and property information

Requirements

• Experience in UAE real estate is an advantage (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dubai property market is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
