About the Role
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our growing brokerage in Dubai. This role is ideal for driven individuals who want high earning potential, strong lead support, and long-term career growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions across leasing, secondary sales, and off-plan projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and marketing channels
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Coordinate with admin, marketing, and management teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Proficient in CRM systems (PropSpace, Masterkey, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
