Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in Arabic and English
- Present and promote Vestara’s property listings professionally
- Assist clients through the full real estate process (buying, selling, renting, investing)
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice
- Build long-term relationships with clients and follow up consistently
- Understand Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and projects (training provided)
- Negotiate deals and prepare required documentation
- Create and manage property listings on online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate and convert leads
- Represent Vestara with professionalism and high standards
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken + written)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Presentable, confident, and client-oriented
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided)
- Knowledge of Dubai areas and major developers is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
- UAE driving license is a plus
