Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in Arabic and English
  • Present and promote Vestara’s property listings professionally
  • Assist clients through the full real estate process (buying, selling, renting, investing)
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and follow up consistently
  • Understand Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and projects (training provided)
  • Negotiate deals and prepare required documentation
  • Create and manage property listings on online portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate and convert leads
  • Represent Vestara with professionalism and high standards

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken + written)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Presentable, confident, and client-oriented
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided)
  • Knowledge of Dubai areas and major developers is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
  • UAE driving license is a plus
